What do you do when you can’t get an answer from your daughter? This is what I do!
my daughter’s got “shrug-i-tus”
she doesn’t know what to do
so I gave her a box of crayons
and she coloured herself blue
my daughter’s now multi-coloured
with a smile as bright as the sun
who knew that her “shrug-i-tus”
could end up being such fun.
This is as close as I got to Mustard this week.
I managed to take a photo of this catamaran, whilst on the ferry to Bruny Island today.
Nighttime – when ordinary becomes something different …
Seems to be a bit of a theme in my photos today – so I’ll go with the flow
Up Close and Personal
Tulip Tree Leaf budding
Silver Birch seedhead
Interesting choice of words for this weeks challenge, this is what immediately came to mind
– spoken in robotic manner-
Psycho drive broken
engage logical function
Endurance, the word always evokes images of stone for me, the epitome of stoic creation.
A stone must suffer what befalls, becoming lichen encrusted, moss endowed and gently abraded by time.
I’m a little late for this Challenge, but better late than never!
to destroy hatred
she created boundless love
anodyne for all
Some of you may know that I used to have a hobby! I used to enjoy making a little bit of jewellery, playing with glass, wire and polymer clay. Sadly I have just noticed that it has been over 2 months since I created anything. Not sure why I have stopped, except that I still have too much jewellery hanging around my house.
I haven’t had anything in the local gallery for a long time, it all got a bit too hard to deal with when I increased my work hours, etc, (excuses, excuses), So now I’m trying to sell it on the internet (which hasn’t worked out to be success for me, so far). However, towards that goal I have marked down a lot of stock (some as much as 50% off) on my website.
If you’re in the market for a unique, handmade piece of jewellery, check out my Etsy shop
I promise I won’t do any more shameless self advertising, at least not until Christmas!
