I was thinking of doors,
Open, shut and ajar.
Some look important,
Some really are.

They say that as one closes,
Another opens for you.
Have you fund in your life
This happens to be true?

One didn’t open for me
Just the other day,
I walked right into it!
So what can I say?

I guess its only that
There was something I should do,
And when I didn’t do it
I couldn’t pass through.

So life gives us chances,
Some early, some late.
Perhaps we should open the door
And not look at the date!
