You’re very welcome. I also enjoy visiting your blog and looking at your wonderful photography and reading your articles, especially when you mix them with a little bit of your humour. π
I have been a bit lazy, really. It is so easy to just put up pretty photos. Sometimes inspirations strikes and I write a bit – and I enjoy that – but mostly I think they just speak for themselves. I am a bit worried that the verse monster seems to be missing from my vicinity lately.
I’ve had the same problem with the haiku monster. He came back this week but I really did have to force him to pay me a visit. Now I think he’s escaped again π
Yes, I haven’t done any lately, nor the Photo Challenges much. I am wise enough to know that if I want to keep on with my blog (and it has nearly been a whole year now) then I ONLY do what I want to do on it – that way it is my little enjoyable space, and if others happen to like something, that is a bonus. I’m not a great one for doings things just for the sake of.
I quite agree, Gone are the days for me where I had to post something everyday. The enjoyment was fast trickling away so for me, two, maybe three posts a week works great. After all, it’s meant to be all about fun and enjoyment, not getting stressed because of failure to publish a post.
Happy Blog Birthday, Claudette. There are a few of us all with Blog Birthdays either coming up or just passed. My first post went out on 12th Feb 2014, so my blog has its first birthday coming up as well.
Are you getting a cake for your Blog? Or perhaps taking it out on the town for a glass of sparkly? A surprise party? Oh, I know, you’re getting it Blog Socks π
I’m a little later than you, mine is on the 27th. Nate is on the 14th (which is kinda sweet as it’s Valentines Day – wonder if he’s going to get it a box of choccies?)
Now that’s a great idea, Claudette, but no cake because I’m still on the ‘Hugh’ Diet. However, socks and something sparkly are perfect.
Yes, I’ve seen Nate’s post about his first year. I’m wondering if I should do a post as well. Maybe he’ll get his some red roses and I’ll have the chocolates – but then there’s the Hugh diet! – Ugh!
Thanks Karen. I must admit I have a thing for flowers Also, they are close as I don’t actually get much time to go anywhere else to photograph things – and I’m lazy)
Again, beautiful photos! π

Thanks Phoebe. I really can’t take the credit – I just click the button – nature does all the work.

Lovely colours and fantastic photos, Claudette. It’s like I can touch the screen of my computer and pick those flowers and place them in a vase.
