I got a lapband, just last week, and the smallest change is just so sweet, there’s no constant thoughts of “what is edible”, and I find that freedom so incredible. I can look at food in all its wonder, whilst no longer feeling endless hunger, I can pause and admire it’s pleasing design without planning…
